As part of his tenure at previous firm, he has performed PCAOB audit of a client listed on NYSE Statutory Audits, Quarterly Reviews and Group Reporting for various listed and multinational companies. He has also assisted in acquisition and post-acquisition activities of Multinational Company listed on the Indian Stock Exchange.

With more than a decade of experience of working with early stage companies to multinational organizations, he have developed an holistic approach towards every assignment. Over the years, he has worked with clients from the manufacturing, automobile, chemical, renewable energy and infrastructure sector. Mitesh is an IBBI Registered Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets in India. When he is not being an Investment Banker, he spends working for social good as an active member and office bearer of an NGO.
