Mitesh Gala holds a wealth of experience across advisory functions like M&A, PE and Mezzanine fund raising. He leverages his astute business sense and strong valuation skills to offer unmatched insights to his clients. His key responsibility is to co-lead the Investment Banking Vertical, bringing his experience and robust network capability of industry, providing timely assistance to the client’s business growth. Leveraging strength of the team and expertise, he has accomplished successful closure to multiple deals. With more than a decade of experience of working with early stage companies to multinational organizations, he have developed an holistic approach towards every assignment. His core strength lies in setting the right relationship with clients that ensures the most proficient valuations and negotiations. Over the years, he has worked with clients from the manufacturing, automobile, chemical, renewable energy and infrastructure sector. Mitesh is an IBBI Registered Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets in India. By qualification, he has BE-Mechanical Engineering & MMS-Finance He enjoys interacting with aspiring entrepreneurs and has mentored budding entrepreneurs for executing business plans. When he is not being an Investment Banker, he spends working for social good as an active member and office bearer of an NGO. In his free time, loves to spend time with him family & friends while being on a travel or playing cricket or watching Formula 1 or sometimes even cooking a nice meal!

Akshay Aggarwal

Akshay is Qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 9 years of experience in Assurance Services and heads the Chandigarh branch. Prior to joining the firm, he has worked for Ernst & Young. As part of his tenure at previous firm, he has performed PCAOB audit of a client listed on NYSE Statutory Audits, Quarterly Reviews and Group Reporting for various listed and multinational companies. He has also assisted in acquisition and post-acquisition activities of Multinational Company listed on the Indian Stock Exchange.

Rikin Furia

Before joining KDA Pratik was associated with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as an SAP FICO Consultant, where he gained valuable expertise in financial systems and enterprise resource planning. His strong academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master's in Management Studies (Finance) from the University of Mumbai. His diverse skill set combining technical acumen with financial expertise enables him to deliver insightful and strategic financial solutions.

Abhishek Tonde

Abhishek is a key member of the Investment Banking Team at KDA, where he excels in executing a wide range of assignments, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Fund Raising, Corporate Valuation, and the establishment of family offices across ASEAN countries. His expertise in conducting in-depth financial analyses and implementing various valuation methodologies empowers established businesses to make informed strategic decisions. Before joining KDA, Abhishek was a Financial Reporting Associate at JP Morgan Chase India, where he gained valuable experience in financial analysis and reporting. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Markets and a Master's degree in Management Studies (Finance) from GNIMS, along with a certification from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in Currency Derivatives, further strengthening his foundation in corporate finance and investment strategies.
