Abhishek Tonde
Abhishek is a key member of the Investment Banking Team at Mudita, where he excels in executing a wide range of assignments, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Fund Raising, Corporate Valuation, and the establishment of family offices across ASEAN countries.
His expertise in conducting in-depth financial analyses and implementing various valuation methodologies empowers established businesses to make informed strategic decisions.
Before joining Mudita, Abhishek was a Financial Reporting Associate at JP Morgan Chase India, where he gained valuable experience in financial analysis and reporting.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Markets and a Master's degree in Management Studies (Finance) from GNIMS, along with a certification from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in Currency Derivatives, further strengthening his foundation in corporate finance and investment strategies.
Pratik Savla
Pratik Savla is a key member of the Corporate Finance team at Mudita, where he plays an instrumental role in a wide range of financial advisory assignments, including mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and corporate valuation.
With extensive experience in valuation methodologies, he has successfully conducted numerous valuation assessments for startups and established businesses across various industries.
Before joining Mudita, Pratik was associated with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as an SAP FICO Consultant, where he gained valuable expertise in financial systems and enterprise resource planning.
His strong academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master's in Management Studies (Finance) from the University of Mumbai. His diverse skill set, combining technical acumen with financial expertise, enables him to deliver insightful and strategic financial solutions.
Akshay Aggarwal – Partner, Chandigarh Office
Akshay Aggarwal is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 9 years of experience in Assurance Services and heads the Chandigarh branch of the firm.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked with Ernst & Young. During his tenure there, he was involved in PCAOB audits of clients listed on the NYSE, statutory audits, quarterly reviews, and group reporting for various listed and multinational companies.
He has also assisted in acquisition and post-acquisition activities for a multinational company listed on the Indian Stock Exchange, adding significant value through his expertise in audit and regulatory compliance.
Mitesh Gala – Partner
Mitesh Gala holds a wealth of experience across advisory functions like M&A, PE and Mezzanine fund raising. He leverages his astute business sense and strong valuation skills to offer unmatched insights to his clients.
His key responsibility is to co-lead the Investment Banking Vertical, bringing his experience and robust network capability of industry, providing timely assistance to the client’s business growth. Leveraging the strength of the team and expertise, he has accomplished successful closure to multiple deals.
With more than a decade of experience working with early-stage companies to multinational organizations, he has developed a holistic approach toward every assignment. His core strength lies in setting the right relationship with clients that ensures the most proficient valuations and negotiations.
Over the years, he has worked with clients from the manufacturing, automobile, chemical, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors. Mitesh is an IBBI Registered Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets in India. By qualification, he holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering and an MMS in Finance.
He enjoys interacting with aspiring entrepreneurs and has mentored budding entrepreneurs in executing business plans. When he is not being an Investment Banker, he spends time working for social good as an active member and office bearer of an NGO.
In his free time, he loves spending time with his family and friends while traveling, playing cricket, watching Formula 1, or even cooking a nice meal!
