With extensive experience in valuation methodologies, he has successfully conducted numerous valuation assessments for startups and established businesses across various industries.
Before joining Mudita, Pratik was associated with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as an SAP FICO Consultant, where he gained valuable expertise in financial systems and enterprise resource planning.
His strong academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master's in Management Studies (Finance) from the University of Mumbai. His diverse skill set, combining technical acumen with financial expertise, enables him to deliver insightful and strategic financial solutions.
Akshay Aggarwal is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 9 years of experience in Assurance Services and heads the Chandigarh branch of the firm.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked with Ernst & Young. During his tenure there, he was involved in PCAOB audits of clients listed on the NYSE, statutory audits, quarterly reviews, and group reporting for various listed and multinational companies.
He has also assisted in acquisition and post-acquisition activities for a multinational company listed on the Indian Stock Exchange, adding significant value through his expertise in audit and regulatory compliance.
